Our Wildfarmed White Sourdough has been awarded a Gold medal in the Plain Sourdough category. Made with a blend of regenerative Wildfarmed flour, wheat flour, dark rye, wholemeal spelt and emmer, this is a balanced, hearty loaf with a soft, tangy crumb.
