Our new range uses flour grown to Wildfarmed’s Regenerative Standards, meaning the grains were cultivated in fields full of life—birds, bees, bugs and biodiversity—all working together to build a healthier food system.
This partnership is our next step in reshaping modern baking—bringing together bakers, chefs, and farmers who care about how food is made and the impact it leaves behind.
Developed by our bakers using a unique blend of Wildfarmed flour and heritage grains like spelt, barley, rye and emmer, the new range offers deep flavour, distinctive texture, and uncompromising quality. It’s everything you’d expect from The Bread Factory—with the added benefit of regenerative sourcing.
Here’s what we are baking:
Seeded Wildfarmed Sourdough

A naturally leavened loaf packed with chia, linseed, and other seeds. A wholesome all-rounder.
Available in 800g (sliced & unsliced).
White Wildfarmed Sourdough

A robust, tangy sourdough with a soft, open crumb. Available in 800g (sliced & unsliced) and 250g.
Wildfarmed Burger Bun

Designed for flavour-forward burgers. Rich, golden, and perfectly balanced to hold up to hearty fillings.
Wildfarmed Dinner Rolls

Available in white or seeded (with golden linseed), these rolls bring versatility and craft to any bread basket.
